Connections is about community and attunement. To discover a connection can oftentimes create a sense of joy, even rapture. Or the discovery of a connection may be quiet, like a whisper in the fog. In the easy pleasure of singing with a choir or a chorus of birds one can discover a happy connection of dissonance and harmony all in an instant.

Connections is all about exploration, discovery, delight, and mystery. It is about finding oneself in the landscapes of the earth and her creatures, in the boundless reaches of space. This site contains two journals: ThroughLines, a new journal begun in the summer of 2020; and The French Connection, a journal from my year, 2012-13, of living in France.
